On Monday the 11th February, the grade 5′s of I.S.D. attended a meeting where parents, teachers and students inquired into world issues. The most popular issues that we inquired into were Equality, Education, Conflict and Global Warming. The 1st task of that night was to add more ideas and issues. The 2nd task was to circle all the issues that we thought caused a local and global problem. The 3rd task of that night was to explain the issues that we circled and how they affected us. The 4th task of that night was to find 3 issues which were interesting and inquire into them. After that we had to make a few big questions. Then 1 person from each group had to go and present their work. We do this every year to celebrate our learning throughout the PYP. After everything was done we settled down for some tea and coffee. We had lots of fun!!!
